Welcome to the CYC Girls Club
CYC strives to develop after school Girls Clubs that provide supportive adult role models to help girls with self-esteem, academics, and career choices. Our goal is to provide a warm, positive environment where girls can learn and grow while having fun getting to know each other in a harmonious setting.
Our mentors are culturally diverse, come from all socio-economical sectors, and are committed to helping the girls of today become the leaders of tomorrow! Volunteer opportunities are flexible and allow women to build their personal leadership skills, be supportive team members, and use their creativity to enhance the lives of young ladies in the fourth and fifth grades. Our volunteers organize community field trips, bring in interesting speakers, make fun projects, teach girls about financial responsibility, and actively engage in activities that show the importance of giving back to the communities in which they live.
